Our Store Policies

  • Courier used: All our orders are sent either via Australia Post or Sendle or Aramex or DHL Express.  

  • Rates: Our shipping fees (domestic or international) are based on weight and location of the items purchased. 

  • Product turn around: All our products are handmade and made to order (unless advertised as on-hand). Our current turnaround time is 30-35 working days before sending them out (can be more or less depending in our order load). We always try our best to dispatch items as quickly as possible but the quality are very important to us, so we highly recommend to give extra time in placing an order if you need the item/s for a specific date (such as birthdays, etc.) You should be able to receive a shipping notification via email or text message once your order has been fulfilled and ready for dispatch.

  • Posting from: All products are dispatched directly from our Tasmania workshop. Delivery times may vary depending on the location of the customer and the courier who is handling your package. If in any case there is a delay or any issue in the transit time of your package, kindly inform us and we are happy to help in contacting the courier.

  • Pre-order: If you need items for a specific date or event, kindly inform us about the details at serenitoys@gmail.com For pre-order items, we usually give information through our website and/or social medias about pre-order items and the approximate time of dispatch.

Our Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy last for 30 days. Our items are all handmade with care by our hardworking woodworkers. We are sure you will love your purchases from us here at Serenitoys. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if simply because of change of mind. 

Exchange:

Our items are carefully checked over before sending to you, this is to avoid disappointments upon receiving your purchases. But if you happen to receive a damaged product, more likely while in transit, we are happy to discuss with you the other possible options. We may ask you to send a few photographs or return the damaged item. Please let us know immediately within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing serenitoys@gmail.com.

Shipping:

To return the damaged product, kindly send us an email to arrange.

The Shipping cost will be refunded to you upon the receipt of the item on our end.
