I ordered online, how many days until I receive it?
All of our products are handmade and are lovingly made as you order (unless advertised as on-hand). Our current turnaround time is 30-35 working days before sending them out (can be more or less depending on our order load). For on-hand items, we aim to dispatch within 2 business days from the date of order. We always try our best to dispatch items as quickly as possible, so we highly recommend to give extra time in placing an order if you need the item/s for a specific date (such as birthdays, etc.) You should be able to receive a shipping notification via email or text message once your order has been fulfilled and ready for dispatch.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the delivery time might be longer than usual. With our recent experience, our customers usually receive their packages within within 7-10 days from the time of dispatch. Rest assured that SereniTeam is working hard for you and your little ones to enjoy your purchased toys because we know you are excited as much as we are.
Do you have international shipping?
Yes, we do. We either use Australia Post, Aramex/Fastway or DHL Express. Rates are based on the weight of the products ordered and location. You can choose between Standard and DHL Express upon checkout. Please note that taxes and duties are not included in the rates provided, they may apply in your country. Prices reflected on our website are in AUD (Australian Dollars).
Where are your products made?
We are confident and happy to say that all of our products are handmade with love here in our Tasmania workshop. We only use sustainably-sourced wood that are FSC certified and non-toxic, vegan, VOC-free eco paints that are GECA certified which are safe for use in toys. Product safety is very important to us because like you, we are parents too, so we always try our best and make sure that our products adhere to Australian Standards AS/NZ 8124. Every toy is carefully cut, sanded, painted and packed by us.

Do you give discounts to educators?
Yes, we appreciate you and it is a pleasure to partner with you in your amazing contribution to the community.
